Need: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative web designer to assist us in meeting our clients’ needs. We are happy to consider someone just starting their career who shows great promise or someone further along in their career.
Skills: You will need to be able to show evidence of strong graphic design skills. You need to have good Dreamweaver, Photoshop and preferably Flash skills and a good understanding of CSS & HTML. You will be conversant with coding standards and their compliance.
Nature of work: You will create great designs for web and print. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, for a diverse array of clients. You will be managing projects from start to finish working closely with colleagues and clients.
Personal skills: The ideal candidate will have very good communication skills and an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. A high attention to detail and a strong desire to meet customer needs and deadlines is essential. You should enjoy working within a small team, with no shortage of work variety.
Benefits: We provide a thoroughly enjoyable place in which to work with excellent colleague and client relationships. In addition to your salary, we have a profit related bonus scheme and pay a further 5% of your salary into a pension on your behalf.
Rate of pay: £16-£25,000 dependant upon experience.
Hours of work: We are looking to fulfil a full-time role.
