New website with Fresh Design for Ambassador Marquees to help Build Business

Ambassador Marquees, based in Saffron Walden, provide stunning Marquees and supporting services for any event  throughout East Anglia. Their existing website was full of information but did not support the beautiful event settings that Ambassador Marquees can achieve. The site was text heavy and needed a fresh look to showcase their services  more clearly. Competition within the industry has increased leading to a reduction in enquiries. Ambassador Marquees felt it was time to improve the website to ensure that their actively searching audience would find their service offering superior to those competitors.Ambassador Marquees Cambridge website design

Find out how we gave their site the refresh it needed.

Ambassador Marquees pride themselves on their attention to detail and excellent customer service which ensures every client enjoys a hassle free experience. This high level of service needed to be portrayed through their website.

We designed a modern image focused website for Ambassador Marquees which allows them to communicate with their target audience much more effectively. A picture can say a thousand words and by using real life event settings, will create desire in those looking for Marquee hire and Event services.

Through Google Analytics Ambassador Marquees could see that many visitors were coming to their website through mobile devices.

As we all know the searching public are now not confined to a desk top PC and use a variety of mobile devices to find what they are looking for online.

As a searcher it is highly irritating if a website does not appear correctly when using a mobile device, be it a tablet or a phone. If you can’t see all the content or move through the website easily you end up looking at a competitor site instead.

Ambassador Marquees were aware that a proportion of their audience was already using mobile devices to view the website. It was important that mobile users had a great experience. A responsive design was arrived at to ensure that these visitors can access all information and are able to communicate with Ambassador Marquees should they wish to.

With the new website in place, we then took a look at how visitors were being driven to it. An existing Google AdWords (Pay per Click) was given an overhaul to improve focus and increase enquiries. Then new marketing approaches were considered.

Weddings, parties and corporate events are social things that are usually talked about for years to come. Social Media marketing was an obvious path for Ambassador Marquees to take. A  Facebook page has been created to share the beautiful event settings that Ambassador Marquees has achieved.

As you can see when considering a new website you need to think about how well it will communicate your message, how your visitors will access the website and how you will drive visitors to it. All need to be addressed as part of the project if you want to build your business.
